Terms of Service
Last updated August 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of EverPresent Space, operated by SiliconBlast. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
What EverPresent Space is
EverPresent Space is a tool that helps a therapist and a client hold continuity between sessions. It supports reflection, sharing, and preparation. It is a tool for licensed therapists and the clients they invite. It does not provide therapy, medical advice, or diagnosis, and it does not replace professional care or a therapist's own clinical judgment.
Not an emergency service
EverPresent Space is not monitored in real time and must not be used for emergencies. Your therapist may not see what you write right away. If you or someone else is in danger, or you are in crisis, call or text 9-8-8, the Suicide Crisis Helpline in Canada, or call 911, or go to the nearest emergency department.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- Therapists confirm they are qualified to provide care to the clients they invite.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your province or territory.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant SiliconBlast the limited permission needed to host, process, and display that content to operate the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. A client controls what is shared with their therapist.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to access spaces or data that are not yours.
- Do not disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its security.
- Use the service in line with applicable laws and professional obligations.
The quiet AI
When enabled by client consent, an AI feature organizes a client's shared moments into a brief for the therapist. It is meant to save time, not to interpret or diagnose. Every line traces back to the client's own words. The therapist remains responsible for their clinical decisions.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we provide it on an as available basis and may change or pause features to maintain or improve it. We will give notice of significant changes where we reasonably can.
Ending use
You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if needed to protect users or comply with the law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, and SiliconBlast is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
