EverPresent Space is a space for reflection between sessions. It is not an emergency service, it is not monitored in real time, and your therapist may not see what you write right away.
- Call or text 9-8-8, the Suicide Crisis Helpline (Canada), any time.
- Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department if you or someone else is in immediate danger.
- Reach your local crisis line or a trusted person you can be with.
What is EverPresent Space?
A private, shared space for a therapist and a client to hold what matters between sessions. The client captures moments during the week, chooses what to share, and the therapist reads a short, traceable brief before the next session.
For clients
- Capturing a moment: from your space, write a short note, tap a chip, or record a voice reflection. It takes a minute.
- You choose what is shared: nothing reaches your therapist unless you mark it shared or bring it to therapy. Private moments stay private.
- Voice: if you record, we transcribe it, you review and edit the text, then the audio is deleted. Your therapist only sees the text you approve.
- Consent and access: manage what is on in your consent settings, and see who opened your space in your access log, any time.
- Your data: you can export everything, or delete your data, from your settings.
For therapists
- Inviting a client: from Clients, send an invitation. They set up their own account and choose what to share.
- The brief: open a client to read their five-minute brief. Every line traces back to the client's own moments. It organizes, it never diagnoses.
- Activities: build or draft worksheets in your library and offer them as gentle invitations, never homework.
- Boundaries: briefs arrive before sessions, not as another inbox. You are never expected to be always available.
Signing in
Sign in with your email and password, or with Google, Apple, or Microsoft. New accounts verify their email first. If you forget your password, use the reset link on the sign-in page.
Privacy and safety
Your data lives in Canada and is handled to a PHIPA and PIPEDA standard. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture. EverPresent Space is not for emergencies (see above).
